What You Can Do: Search and browse property listings freely; Create and manage your own property listings; Contact property owners and agents through our messaging system; Use AI-powered search tools to find properties; Save searches and set up property alerts. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, removal of listings, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property
All content on the InmobiMobi platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of InmobiMobi or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
InmobiMobi provides a technology platform connecting property seekers with sellers, landlords, and real estate professionals. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between users. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InmobiMobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our registered address is: Calle de Alcalá 100, 28009 Madrid, Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
